Nav voice prompts no longer working after Entune Update - any advice?

    After my entune update which was successful on my 2012 Prius Level 4, the voice prompts for navigation no longer work. Now I can manually retrieve the last instruction via voice commands or by simply adjusting the navigation volume, but other than that, navigation is now completely silent.

    Has anyone had this issue or heard of it and if so, any possible solutions? Thanks!

    I have one possible idea. I just did the entune update on my 2012 PIP with Display Audio, and the Nav voice prompts appeared to be gone. I went to the Nav volume and found that the update had turned the volume all the way down. Selecting a higher level and there it was!
