    hey, i strip everything out of the car that's excess weight so i can improve my mpg's. soldiers dying for oil are more important than a few blind people taking one in the can at the walmartz parking lot.

    That depends on one's degree of hearing loss from age or other factors. I am still young enough to hear the inverter whine.

    Fortunately for everyone, I intend to keep driving my current 2007 for many years. If I ever get one that has this system, I will modify it to sound like a Harley with straight pipes.
