All this week I have been getting an error when trying to order stuff for the new car from the shop. I don't know if the order stuck or not, but at least this time I got far enough to place the order, card info and hit confirm and below is what I got AGAIN. Anyone else having issues with the shop? 1406 - Data too long for column 'products_model' at row 1 insert into orders_products (orders_id, products_id, products_model, products_name, products_price, final_price, products_tax, products_quantity) values ('18185', '159', 'PZ416-G0960-00', '2010-2012 Toyota Prius Mudguards Mud Flaps - Premium Euro Versio', '119.0000', '119', '0', '1') [TEP STOP]
I had a similar error using PayPal last week; I sent a message to Danny and he said the order went through. Suggest you PM him.
FTL, did you get an email notification or anything? I tried paypal and my CC, I hope they both didn't go through that would be over $790
Make sure you take a number when you place your order, just in case the web site becomes interesting and your order gets convoluted amongst the rush to enjoy. If this post doesn't get moved, changed or deletet.
I emailed Danny and he told me he got the PayPal order, then I checked my PayPal account and saw the charge. If you don't see a charge on your PayPal account it didn't go through - can you also check your credit card on line?
Good Freaking God it hit my CC for $351.94 three times! I sent Danny a PM I hope he sees it before they process these orders.
Yes, I had a similar issue, but the order was completed. Problem is that only one of the several things I wanted ended up on the invoice, but the price on the invoice reflected all of the items- left a message with customer service 800 number, and my cc has been charged for the full amount. I am sure that it will be resolved! Got no receipt, but did grab screenshots of account and cart with items and total.
Yep, I talked with him today. He took my order over the phone and is taking care of the issue with the other order. I recommend that everyone either call or at least shoot him an email to make sure the new server is up and running before you order. After the first time I tried didn't work I should have just called him to begin with, such is life when we become accustomed to clicking a mouse instead of picking up a phone.
