I continually get this error message when I try to navigate to entries in my Android phone's phonebook which have addresses: "This address is not navigable. Would you like to resolve this address?" If I answer "yes," I have to manually enter the address into the Prius system (I might as well have just started by dictating the address). Then next time I go to navigate to that same address, I get the same error. It hasn't permanently "resolved" it. What am I missing or what am I doing wrong?
Check the spelling of the states in your address, you needs to be spelled them out as untunes doesn t understand two letter states code thinks mo is Montana
Interesting. Thanks, I'll give that a try! (LATER) Tried it. Didn't work. I spelled out the whole state, I made sure the zip code wasn't in 5+4 format, made sure the city matched the zip code. Nuthin'.
Oh yes, absolutely. Same exact address. So it must be something in the way the phone (Android) stores the addresses that the computer in the car can't parse out. Or something.
I get the same error message and I use an iPhone 4. Actually, my error messages alternate between "Address not found on map" and "This address is not navigable. Would you like to resolve this address?" And when I try to transfer my iPhone contacts from my Address Book to the Prius via USB, I get this message: "No addresses on phone," which is ridiculous because I have a huge collection of addresses in my Address Book. Please help! This is the one feature I haven't been able to use successfully. Everything else is working great!
I was driving home from a business meeting and half way home it dropped my journey. I tried to set multiple addresses as a destination but each was refused - "This address is not navigable. Would you like to resolve this address?" Eventually it "blue screened" - see photos. I have had the car less than a week - not happy. I want my 2010 back. Thankfully I had my trusty Magellan and iPhone to get me home.
