My otherwise delightful Prius Plug-in drops my phone calls every few minutes. I'm having the same problem with 2 different phones (one of which worked perfectly with my old, also delightful, 2007 Prius). Any suggestions?
Let's do some isolation techniques. First, are both phones using the same carrier? Verizon/AT&T etc? Second, are you having to pair the phone over and over? Third, are you in the same territory you were having no problems or somewhere new? What is your phone? Smartphone? Are you dialing from the Prius or the phone? If you have a Smartphone do other applications quit unexpectedly? Where is your phone physically located in the Prius Plug-in when you are having this problem? The idea of these questions is to try to isolate what the source of your problem is. Cheers
