I ordered from the shop on this website, and received part of my order in error. I tried to e-mail the administrator, but did not hear back. I am now unable to login to the shop, despite my e-mail address being valid there (they sent me a new password). Has anyone else had problems with the shop? Is there any other way to contact the shop administrator? I need to return the wrong item that was sent to me. Any help would be appreciated.
