Hi everyone, I just picked up a moonglow Prius c 2 today. It's so awesome, I love it already. I traded a Honda fit for it, they gave me a pretty good deal. I think I'll miss some things about the fit, but over all the c is so much nicer of a ride. I ll post some photos soon, the color is cool.

Well mainly for future reference, but I would eventually like (not sure if they're available) center arm rest, door visors (roll down window in rain), side molding for preventing dings. Just basic things. Thanks
I love moonglow - it was my first color choice, but i took my third color choice to forgo the months of waiting - looking forward to the pictures. The Priuschat store has some of accessories for the Prius C already, its still a fairly new car and the aftermarket is working on catching up. I know the side mouldings are available already (and come colormatched) I have seen the OEM center arm rest available on some websites for the C (and on ebay), and the window vent things will probably be available soon if not already - I have not looked since they are not my cup of tea. The color looks great. I currently have a Honda Fit. It's hard for me to switch cars, as the Fit is much roomier than the C. I've never had a problem with the Honda. I also like its many cupholders. I do think that I would enjoy the C. I enjoyed my test drive, and the air conditioner seemed to work really well. Congrats on your Moonglow! Do you miss the Fit?

I do miss the Fit, I have great memories of it; packing it full of camping gear, bikes and heading on road trips for a couple weeks at a time. I love the smoother ride of the C, I had the base ( no cruise, manual transmission) I've been driving MT for 15 years, and I wanted a smoother more comfortable ride, with more features. The C is smaller, but I can easily work with it, still a versatile car. I LOVE cruising on electric; I could never shift the Fit smoothly when the compressor came on, or on rough roads. I think it was one of the pickiest transmissions I've ever driven. The Prius C is already getting 52 ish it seems, the fit averaged 35mpg over 3 years. My insurance premium is lower with the C, along with the fuel savings, and the awesome deal I got, it will be about a wash on the increased payment for the C.
Oh that moon glow is nice! It has that metallic finish I like so much! Damnit! Still love my superwhite tho
OP, I see you have a model 2 and are talking about a center arm rest. You are aware, aren't you, that the top of the center console will slide forward and provide an armrest? (Mine has a cover on it so it looks a little different.)
The moonglow is nice, it's subtle and hard to photograph the sparkle. This is my first white car, I can see it's going to be hard to keep clean I see many, many car washes in my future!
