For Sale: 1.5 month old scangauge II and 1 month old blendmount. I had this for 2 weeks on my Jeep Wrangler..and I was so disgusted with my mileage that I sold it and bought a prius. Mounted it on the blendmount, went on a 4000 mile road trip and realized I didn't use it (I get enough info from the dash/the jeep didn't have AVG or MPG measurements). I have: 1) scanguage II (with X-Gauge) 2) Blendmount 3) blendmount tools and extension options (if you want it to hang lower, or have a thinner mirror stalk) 4) original scangauge cable 5) scangauge extension cable 6) cable coupler I don't have the manuals and I only have one of the original zip ties left
If you have a trim tool, or like a non-scratching pry tool, that headliner can be pulled down just enough to push the cable up and behind it. It's actually a little lip so it will tuck in on the other side. Just be careful. If have one spot where I got a little impatient and ended up pushing the headliner lip inwards a little. You can't see it from any angle but...I know it's there. You can feel it with your finger. If you get the cable started, you can even take that pry tool and push the cable and just slide along it and get it in quickly. I removed everything when I made this post, and then no one ended up buying it. So i reinstalled it in about 3 minutes.
just enough to run the cable. there's an airbag there so I wanted to be as non invasive as possible there.
