Is your steering wheel wrap in leather?

Yes, it appears that it is. I say that because Toyota is using that new faux type leather on the seats but the steering wheel appears to have the real feel leather to it.

Well, we took the pip out for our first weekend drive and ended up at a friends house. They even let us charge it back up again.

One more question for the pip experts. We thought this car had parking assist on it. We can't find it anywhere and can't find it even in the main user manual. Was I dreaming?

Congratulations!! I had a similar experience when I bought my first one, a 2001 Prius. The dealer had two showroom models, and apparently, they were only allowed one. So after the test drive he told me I can buy that one if I wanted to. I sure did! I went in at 5pm and left there with the car around 9pm - I had no dinner and was starving, but I was so happy! I was similarly lucky with my new 2012 - someone had pre-reserved it, but by the time it arrived to the dealership the person changed their mind about it. I was the next on the list, and bought it. Yay!

It's great to feel like a kid in a candy store isn't it? I actually never went to see the car with the intention of buying it. But when I took that test drive I completely melted. All I had to do was convince my wife which didn't take much as it turned out. She loves it as much as I do. Good thing we had saved money over the years so we could do this kind of stuff. Lesson learned. Now enjoyed. Thanks for the comment.

I tell folks, "I've been more time than you. I'm guessing (after 28yrs working there) I've been there at least 6,720 times, subtracting for vacation/sick-time/holiday of course. When I hear a nubie tell me they've been working there for over 2 years, I reply, "I've sat on the company John longer than that". Tinkerbell - that's what statue you get as a 25yr service award.
Disney has preferred parking / charge stalls for plugin's too:

But sadly - only for employees

Awwww. We belong to the Disney Vacation Club. Gonna have to put in a hint to allow us members to have access to these charging stations. Thanks for the heads up.

As this thread was the first one I had posted after getting our Prius plug-in I thought I would share our new license plate. Wife thought of it. (credit where credit is due) LOL

I also made it my Avatar but had to squeeze it to make it work. Still, it turned out fine.
