I am looking for the best service department in Orange County, CA to work on my new Prius, now due for its first service. I purchased the car at Toyota of Garden Grove and had the worst, most incompetent car buying experience of my life, though I did get a good price. I'd rather not give the dealer my business again if I can avoid it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When I lived in south OC for a nine-year period, I had excellent warranty service experiences at Rancho Santa Margarita Toyota. I believe that dealership is associated with Longo in El Monte and the other Penske dealerships.
