My new PiP with RAV4 side molding

    That turned out nice. :thumb:

    Did you use the top or the bottom of the BSMs for alignment? And what part of the body did you use as a reference point?

    Actually, I believe color codes are universal across all Toyota models (and maybe even Scion and Lexus too). A "070" is "Blizzard Pearl" for both the Prius and the RAV4. When I ordered my RAV4 BSMs, I ordered as "070" and it's a perfect match.

    Wow! That is classic. The match with with the wheels, the painted mudguards and the BSM, looks really great.

    I grew up in Pasadena years ago and although those are different mountains, they look similar. Nice picture.

    i gave a printed pick of Allannde's Prius to my body shop guy who painted the mud gaurds and said "put them on exactly like this"...

    it's Palm Springs ... got a house out there ... hence the high mileage on car ... already gotz 3600

    Did you have the front lower dam area of your front clip painted black? If so could you post a front on picture for us to view. I have been considering this for awhile but did not want to do it until I saw example. Any help or pictures would be appreciated!

    Please use any part of what you see in my photo. I find that the choice I made of RAV4 BSMs grows on me with time. Together with the window tinting, it never is hard to tell my car from the many other Prius cars in town. If you look over this thread, you will see several ideas of how to do this modification. They all look great to me.

    But most of all, do your car in the way which will please you.

    $750 for the set... The rims are in perfect condition, the tires about 5K miles on them.

    could you tell me where you got the side moldings? also if you have to paint your RAV4 molding with blizzard pearl.
