Connected a portable XM receiver and it has power and is receiving a signal, but the only thing not working is sound. Radio says everything is connected, but no sound. Help!
I assume you double checked both the jack going into the SXM receiver and the port in the car.... By any chance does your SXM receiver have a volume control (only ask because mine was turned way down when I installed it in my car) If that doesn't work, maybe try connecting headphones to the SXM receiver and see if its even outputting any volume.
