I just received my order of 'Husky' brand all weather floor mats, they fit perfectly. If you live in the land of snow, rain, and fir needles or any of the previous, these are the real deal albeit a little pricey. The Prius all weather mats just don't get the job done. Just wanted to give a heads up that Husky does have the correct mats and cargo mat for the v. Weather Tech doesn't seem to have them available yet.
Where did you purchase your Husky floor mats? I've found them for sale at Amazon, juicedhybrid and of course Husky. Amazon seemed to have the best price.
Guill if you are a person that doesn't mind eBay check there too. No cost savings but some had free shipping. Amazon does this too on some items. W
I bought mine from Prius Accessories as they had the best price I found. Here is the site: 2012 Toyota Prius v All Weather Floor Mats, Prius v Floor Liners, Prius v Floor Mat, Prius v All Weather Mats, Husky Liners: JuicedHybrid.com There is a picture on the site. I will see if I can figure out how to post a picture, last time I tried they said I hadn't been on the Forum long enough. (to be trusted I guess) Seems ridiculous to me, but what do I know?
Ok, finally used PhotoBucket. I don't like using Social sites or anything that shares info, but this appears to be ok. Here is pictures of the mats in our car. I see Prius Accessories is Juiced Hybrid. Pictures by 98SVT_2008 - Photobucket
I have the Husky's in my 2011 and it does not block the fuel lever. I don't even live in a particularly messy area, but I love the Husky's for the simple fact that they just don't get messed up. It's amazing how much crap is tracked into your car, just stuck to the sole of shoes and falls off on the mats. With the Husky's, just take it out and dump. Give 'em a wipe down while washing and they look good as new.
No the mat doesn't block the cap release. The instructions say you would have to cut out for it but, there was no need to.
A reviewer on Amazon said that the rear mats block the AC vents under the seats that blow to the rear of the car. Is that correct? Does the rear mat need to be cut to allow airflow? Thanks!
Yes, on my v, I cut off the lip on both sides of rear mat to eliminate the obstruction to vents under seats.
