I park on our land next to the street. There is a power company pole next to my parking spot. If I can get the power company to provide a meter service from that pole, I would need an outdoor charging station. Weather proof and lockable. Has anyone installed an outdoor station or know who makes one?
I assume you would have to put up your own charger pole or base. The utility would not likely let you mount the charger on their pole. You could build a shroud around it and lock it.
