    Just back from Boston $1.87 beginning of the week near Logan Airport.

    Here in Nampa, ID $1.94

    In Santa Cruz, CA (between S.F. & Monterey), the local Surf City Gas Station was $2.35, $2.45 & $2.55. Three blocks down the street at Chevron $2.39 $2.49 & $2.59. On the more remote parts of the coastal highway (Big Sur to the South and between here and S.F. to the North) it's been $2.60-$3.00 for some time now. Can't imagine what it is now.

    definitely something i had expected all along. i have started a small controversy of sorts here with a letter i wrote to the local paper commenting on article stating that the government was donating money to the oil companies to encourage them to investigate alternative fuel sources. This report backs that up 100%

    $2.259 here in Lake Forest for Regular Unleaded at a Cheveron/Shell off of Lake Forest/Rockfield Dr. It seems to fluctuate though, last week it was down to $2.139, and a few weeks before it was as high as $2.309+

    Man am I glad I don't fill very often :)

    Just filled up earlier tonight. $2.179/gallon (regular, 87 octane) at the Costco in Alhambra.

    Costco sells it for $1.96 :roll:

    On my trip to Taos this weekend, these were the gas prices for 'regular' that I found in New Mexico:

    . Albuquerque .. $1.83

    . Santa Fe ........ $1.93

    . Taos .............. $2.03

    I paid $1.85 in Bernalillo.

Super plus (98 RON)     EUR 1.353 / US$ 1.61 per litre / US$ 6.09 per gallon

Diesel                  EUR 0.875 / US$ 1.04 per litre / US$ 3.94 per gallon
    But this is for The Netherlands. :lol:

    Prices from the Shell.nl website, there are some unbranded filling stations with lower prices, but that's a matter of a few Eurocents per litre. :?

    Didn't think i would ever see gas prices higher here than Hawaii. This site shows the highest prices in the Seattle area top out at $2.39 per gal.

    $1.83 around here - the cheapest I've seen lately has been the Wal-Mart on Two Notch at $1.77.
