If it is mdoel 1 and destination is included, which sounds like it is, I would say it is a good/ok deal. If dest is not included then na keep searching.
To make it easy on us, please take out tax, title and license fees. They vary a lot by region. Heck, some states (like Oregon) have no sales tax.
What is the tax rate? IMO It is a good deal for 21OTD. You might be able to work it down a little more but not much.

Prices obviously vary by region, but I was offered $21,900 OTD for a C3 without any extra features. Granted I cant find any other deal even remotely close to that (I keep searching!) but you may want to continue checking around. If I go through with this I'll only be paying $650 more for two trims higher. Just a thought but like I said, I might be getting some crazy deal or living out somewhat in the country is showing off its benefits.
The closer you get to the end of the month, the more they deal as well. Also how is the C selling at their dealership? If there is someone right behind you to buy it if you don't may make a difference too.
