Not sure if I really want to know the answer. According to my dealer I paid $100 over invoice. Over the weekend I sold my 07 Prius Touring Edition with 68K for $14,500 and bought a loaded Blue Ribbon Metallic V with the Advanced Technology Package. Below is the window sticker numbers... MSRP $29,990.00 Tech Pakage $5,580.00 Carpet mats $225.00 Rear Bumber 3M $69.00 Delivery Yada yada ..$760.00 Total $36,624.00 I paid $34,566.00 with taxes it came to $37,780.64 Toyota matched my PenFed credit union rate of 2.49 for 60 months so I went with Toyota. I have to say I love the V, especially the Toyota Dynamic Laser Cruise Control!
3 weeks ago we traded both (read 2) our 2009 Prius with 6,900 and 7,300 miles and bought 1 Blizzard white v 5 with the Nav pkg. Considering the trade in values ($16k and $16k cash), we bought the new Prius v for $5.89 including tax, title and license. Thats right, five dollars and eighty nine cents. That works for us.
Well where I am at I checked with all the surrounding dealers and most didn't have the V with all your options and if they did have one they weren't dealing on them so I had to pay sticker. If I had wanted a V II, VIII I could get 2K off sticker. Very happy someone got a deal on a loaded V
Prius v Five + carpet mats (no other options) $29099 + title & tags + tax + 2% 60 months financing I believe it is around $345 below invoice as reported by Consumer Reports.
Picked up a Prius v Level 3 yesterday for $2612 below MSRP. They had to do a dealer trade with a dealer 130 miles away so I could get the color and options I wanted. They also beat another Toyota dealer's trade-in by $500. It was a good day.
Beanoil- Can you tell us the name and city of the dealer you got the great price at? Did you have to ask for "Internet Sales", or anything in particular?
