I don't like BMW, but actual delivery to customers of a new EV is always great news, especially this early in the game with so few EVs that you can actually buy. This news item is a great change from all of the announcements of concept cars and vaporware promises. The article says that 700 will be delivered in the course of the "coming weeks," but doesn't say how many will be built/sold annually. I'd like to know whether this will be a token low-volume production, or the start of a significant production run.
