I am curious about the Onstar system and other similar systems. I am mainly interested in the feature that allows you to track your car should it get stolen and calls an ambulance should you get into an accident, and I am not really interested in all the "bells and whistles" like the bluetooth communication or the navigation. Being one of those "better safe than sorry" type of people, this is crucial. If I were to get a Prius C, what would be the best device for the money, Onstar or some other device?
Well I dont think toyota offers that that's why GM has ONSTAR FMV ( for my vehicle ) Navigation System | Auto Security | Emergency Services | OnStar FMV However if you were hoping the C would be on the list its not! ( YET ) I don't know if there is any third party type of device like onstar.

I chose Onstar, because almost everybody knows about Onstar and what it is. I didn't even know until now that Toyota has its own version. That's interesting. At least, I won't have to worry now. Thanks.
