I Finally purchased a Prius, been thinking about it for years. Traded in my 1990 Honda Accord with 200k mi for a Pkg 3 with Solar and Nav for $24.5k. Is that a good deal? And here in Colorado I get a $2550 Tax credit.

From here: Toyota Prius Hybrid - 2012 Models: Prius Two, Prius Three, Prius Four, Prius Five Entune is only offered standard with the Prius 3, 4 and 5 trims. Trim 2 only has the basic display audio, no Entune. Also the Nav appears to be with just the trims with Entune, but you don't need 'Entune' to have the Nav, I believe.
Chota, you did get a great deal. That's around $3500 off of the msrp by my count. I negotiated close to 2k off. I shopped that deal around and nobody would beat it. Msrp for my Blizzard Pearl ($205) Prius 3, nav, solar roof and the protection package ($400) was $28,500. They should give you William Shatner's Priceline Negotiator job.
You did great! That's an excellent price! I got my silver Prius Three less than a month ago and love it. I took my wheel covers off and expose black wheels that looks like aftermarket ones, tint my windows and I think it looks very nice... So far, around 47 MPG, getting better every time (I'm "learning" how to drive it more efficiently). Enjoy!
I think you did an excellent job in the price. Congratulation on the new ride. We are also brand new owners of a 2012 3 Prius. I don't have the solar panel, but do have entune and GPS. So far we are super happy except for the wheels. The 15's look puny in profile. I am thinking about updating to 17's, but let's wait a little ($)....

Here's a pic, so far getting over 50 mpg. Is it normal for the car to make noises when I open the door to get in? It buzzes and makes noises before I push start, maybe the computer booting up?
Another Question, below my front turn signals I have some LED lights. Are these my DRL's? At the dealer I thought the DRL where above the main headlights. I don't have fog lights. On my light switch I just have Off, DRL, parking, and main light. Thanks
Yeah those are the DRL's below the turn signals. The fogs are in the front grill and the switch is above the interior light dimming switch left side of dash. iPhone ?
But when I set the light switch to DRL the small lights on top above the main headlights come on? The lower lights only seem to come on at time in the dark only? I'll need to play with my switch more to figure this out. Thanks
