    If you go to a gas station for every other conceivable reason - car wash, beer, energy drinks, etc. - and sometimes even park at a gas pump - but don't buy any gas.

    Maybe not everyone,

    You are now one of the slower drivers that you once used to cuss at for driving at or below the speed limit to get every ounce of MPG you can....
