For the second-generation Prius: I was wondering if there is some way to make the screen stay on the mode that you are in and not switch back to consumption/ energy by itself all the time? For example you push audio to see the radio station info or the CD track info and it will stay in audio mode until you change it. Or if you want it to stay in climate mode and not Have it change back to energy/consumption after about five or 10 seconds. Let me know if there's any hacks or anything. Thank you -Alan
The option to switch the automatic screen switching on and off is located by pressing the INFO button and then Settings. The option to return (or not) to the Energy/Consumption/Map if in Audio or Climate is there.
wow that was simple. I thought that feature did something else because it mentioned navigation, so I thought it did not apply to me because I don't have any navigation. Thank you.
