I have a 2008 Prius 2 26000 miles When I went to park the car...and before I shut it off...the motor... was not running at this point. I heard a loud rumble ...kinda like a .... tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap ... constant sound, but way louder than normal I then turned it off and it did it again for a few seconds? I know there is a pump that runs for a few seconds during the time which I describe above...but this was much louder and a different noise? Any ideas? Thanks
I have what sounds like the same issue going on too. I hope someone responds to this. I am unsure what it is.
