For Sale Four (4) Michelin X-Ice 195/55 R16 studless snow tires for sale. Rated #1 for traction and control. Purchased for 2007 Prius Touring edition; used only one winter, as traded for a new Prius in Jan 2011 with 15 inch tires. Have photos for serious buyers. $75 each - $300 for set of 4 or best offer. New $500 or better.
Are these mounted or just the tires? What is the tread depth on them? FYI, if you're interested, near me (Northern NJ), there's a set of 4 almost new Blizzaks 195/65/15 on Steel rims for $400 flat. I think this is OEM size on your new Prius. Blizzaks on steel rims 195 65 15 - Fits Prius Corolla Vibe Matrix etc Those aren't mine, btw. I was considering this for myself, but if yours are mounted as well, maybe we can make a deal. I prefer the 16's since I have the Touring edition and these are the same size.
Sorry, but you can buy brand new X-ice tires for $300 shipped with $70 rebate. Trying to help out fellow Prius owners here... http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...65TR5XI2&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes
OP is selling a different size, 195 55 16 which tirerack is selling at a "closeout" of $125 per tire, with shipping and michelin $70 rebate it would be about $475 for a new set. I also thought OP's asking price was outrageous but its actually very reasonable, but don't forget you have to give off season pricing, I just picked up 4 performance 18" blizzak 245/45r18 with 5K miles mounted on really nice aftermarket bmw alloy wheels off craigslist for $300, that combo is $2000 new which means I'll probably get around $1200 or so this November when I resell them at a handsome profit. I say they're worth about $250 right now but if you hang on to them a few more months you should be able to get $350-$400 in Oct/Nov, my $.02. Its the same with my Omega Seamaster. After 10 years I'm bored to death with it, I could sell it now for $700-$750 but if I just wait till the next Bond film comes out I think I can get over $900 for it. I've got 10,000 spoons in my kitchen drawer but need a damn knife!!! Timing is everything.
