Ah, I had a 1976 Gremlin. It had great range due to its large gas tank, but whenever I raised the volume of my radio the windshield wipers would slow down. Nobody could ever figure out why. I just made sure I sang to myself on rainy days. 2011 Prius III 2012 Prius v four

You should join the Shelby/Dodge auto club....TCs are welcome. Lots of experts are on the forum and several for sale at times. We have an annual meet the weekend after Fathers day. This years meet will be in Michigan, the Detroit area. :welcome::focus:
BTW, see my sig for the list of the cars I have...all drag raced successfully except the Prius. The best mpg with the Prius so far was a 170 mile trip on country roads and highways with the cruise set at 55 mph.....62.1 mpg.
Yes! It has that lovely 21 gallon fuel tank which is incredible for such a small car. I treat my Gremmy good and put only premium gasoline in it. The wiper thing could have been due to the fact that they're vacuum operated. Were you on a hill? That is when vacuum pressure is low. I'm not sure. The newer models had electric ones which are fantastic.
