Is there a way to lower the volume of the Bluetooth ringer? When my cell phone is called the car's ringer is so loud that you almost jump out of your seat. I can control the volume of speaking but not the ringer.
I've been wondering the same thing and hope someone can answer this question. I come unglued when it rings... Bryan
Ring Volume Settings: On the Setup Menu, Select PHONE Select VOLUME Then you have the option to select Voice Volume or Ring Volume Adjust to your liking.... Hope that helps! Good Luck!
on a Nav, it's setting>Phone>Volume. There's control got ringer and voice volume, I'd like to increase the mic gain, but can't find that.
My Prius is a Model III and the setup is different. It allows to change the guidance volume but not the ring volume. Thanks
Non-NAV: while the phone is ringing, adjust the volume with the steering wheel buttons (not the radio knob). It adjusts both voice and ringer.
I just found this page and became a member. My ringer was ear-piercing. I have the 2010 Prius level III. I had to lower the ringer volume as a call was coming in.
