I cannot believe that such an important and complicated feature as the Navigation System is not even mentioned in the Prius "C" Owner's Manual. I'm going to contact the Toyota Corporate Offices to ask if they are aware of this situation and if there are any plans to supply current owners with added pages for the Owner's Manual or just mail out information sheets concerning the Navigation System. Have any of you who have the Navigation System in your C3 or 4 been able to get such information sheets from Toyota?
Try this Toyota Online Owners Manuals and Service Manuals in the upper right claim you have a 2012 Prius c choose owners manual, then search on Navigation, that should get you 28 hits
I got two manuals with my C... one for operating the actual vehicle and the other for operating the nav system / radio. It is about the same size as the car manual and fairly comprehensive in how to use it as well.
uh.. what the hell..? there's nothing in the owner's manual with regards to how to operate the navi system except the basics.. because there's a compete separate manual for the navi system.. if you didn't receive one.. it's the dealership's fault.. not Toyota's. if you need some info immediately.. look it up on the Toyota Owner's site... and go back to the dealership and ask to get the manual you were supposed to get... afaik.. everyone else that was supposed to get one did... and you're the only one that has complained so far.
Yep, same. Second manual all about the nav and audio system. Very detailed writeups on how to use the nav.. I haven't actually read it yet
