Hey barbq! I'm picking mine up from Kendall on Jan. 2! (Black package #8). MSRP plus floor mats. I'm still dithering with them over trade-in. Why did you go through Oregon Roads? Leasing? You might want to deal directly with Capitol if you don't like Kendall.
Isa55, I've got a longer tale of why we're going with Oregon Roads, (see post #46: http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=9267&st=40) but we are BUYING through them, in fact, not leasing. I also thought they only leased cars, but found out otherwise when I sat next to their operations manager at a business meeting! The Kendall sales guy was fine at first, but he failed to follow up on 3 calls where we left messages, and another sales person told us they were charging $1200 OVER MSRP (though our sales guy had said only MSRP) and our sales guy never returned our calls so we went elsewhere! We're delighted to be dealing with Oregon Roads, in fact, and have only great things to say about them.... I'd definitely deal with them again and avoid the dealers as a now-unecessary evil! Do see my longer post in the Good Dealers section, noted above, though. It's fairly complete. When did you order through Kendall and who are you dealing with there? We should see if anyone else is interested in getting together here locally for a group through PriusChat, too. barbg
