I had to get new tires after 50K miles. The part number is DT004-02032-GY 185/65R15 for the tires the dealer put on the car. Are these the same tires that came on my car? I asked for the same tires. However, my fuel economy seems to have declined a bit. I am wondering if it has something to do with the new tires.

    Thanks

Those are the same Integrity tires you had when the car was new.

New tires do momentarily lower reported MPG.

Since they are new, they are a larger diameter than the old worn tires, so the car thinks it is traveling less distance.

New tires also 'break in', so there is a real MPG hit as well as the mis-reporting.
