What do you use a horn for? I use my horn once a year if that. maybe you are using it too much and someone has done you the service of removing your horn so you can learn to drive a little more politely.
yesterday i woman fiddling with something in her car while driving in a parking lot almost ran head on into me at 10 mph. THAT's why I need a horn!
