I ordered from Miller Toyota of Manassas. At the time of my order, they were supposedly delivering package 7 cars in eight weeks. They also thought that a package 9 order would take up to 4-5 months. There may be some applicable conspiracy theory. Manassas is along I-66, a major artery to the Pentagon and downtown DC. Portions of the road are HOV 2 only during rush hour. With Virginia Clean Fuel tags, hybrid cars with the Clean Fuel tags need not have two occupants during rush hour. I wouldn't mind being in the position the owners of Miller Toyota are in right now, given their location and the road configurations
