There are quite a few threads on Clazzio seat covers but I don't think this has been discussed. Let me know if this is already answered. Not sure if anyone noticed, the shape of the center armrest for 2012 model is slightly different from 2011 model. On 2012 model, the front of the armrest curves inward to make room for the cupholder and the armrest doesn't slide back and forth. Has anyone installed Clazzio on a 2012 model, and does the cover for the center armrest fit? Here are two pictures for 11 and 12 model. 2011 model 2012 model
They are doing the modification NOW, I am still waiting for my armrest to come in. YES, I am satisfied with the 2012 leather cover, just hope they can use more leather on their covers(only the central part of the seat is leather !!!)
I have already installed these seat covers on my 2012 GenIII Liftback about 3 weeks ago. The center armrest follows the curve of the cupholder and looks pretty good. It probably could have been done better, and I think that I will probably end up taking the armrest apart and just replace the cloth with left over material that I ordered for the door panels.
Emailed them and they said they were aware of the change. But orders for 2012 model need to wait for 4 weeks or so.
