Wow, nice price! I won't be going to any dealers now since we test-drove it and know what we want. The next time we're at a dealership is to pick up our car. I do ALL negotiation via email, so no pressure of any kind.
Welcome to the forum Brent. My Four Solar is on it's way. A few more weeks before it arrives at the dealer Mike
I just purchased a 2012 Prius three in Atlanta for $24,700 with the floor and trunk mats. There was no dealer fee, either.
I purchased a Prius IV with Solar Roof, mats & wheel locks in Blizzard Pearl a month ago in NJ. List was about $33,500 if I remember corectly and I was quoted $31,000 plus TTL by about 4 dealers.
I just bought my Prius 4 with solar/nav/blizzard pearl/bisque interior for $31,849. I was $1,400 below sticker price. Sounds like everyone else got their fours at a better deal than I did!
Manhattan Beach Toyota has Prius 3 advertised for 23,788 for those looking for one. Black and dark grey left when I was there but they get a lot of shipments. Who knew it was owned by John Elway?
I just purchased a 2012 three last week for $24,299, $25,840 OTD. Emerson Toyota in Auburn, ME. Great people to deal with.
Toyota just raised prices: The Prius family will also see modest increases of $150 for the Prius v Two, Three, and Five, with MSRPs ranging from $26,550 to $30,140. Those represent jumps of around .6%.
Great price! I paid about the same today in the SF Bay Area (south bay). I just bought a Prius Three in Blizzard w/ carpet/trunk mats. No other options. Paid cash, no trade-in or any other random crap (no accessories, no financing, etc.). There are no incentives right now either. $23,988 price +$55 doc fee +$1,983 taxes (8.25%) +$29 electronic filing fee +$253 license/title -------------------------------- = $26,309 OTD Dealer was also the closest one to my house. Got the exact interior/exterior colors and options (none) that I wanted for an awesome price, couldn't be happier.
I signed a contract yesterday for a 2012 Three w/mats, wheel locks & solar roof. MSRP=$28,117. I'm paying $26,500 + $395 dealer prep. Maybe not the greatest deal out there, but it was quite painless. I told them I could get the Costco price, which was $200 over invoice, and they went below that. They've promised to get me the exact combination of color/features I want, which is apparently very hard to find in my area right now - I've been told there are only 3 in the whole region. If they can't find it at one of their other lots, I may have to wait until the end of the month, when one is coming in. I hope they find my car soon -- I can't wait!
