I'm sure you all get sick of threads like this, but I'm too excited not to post one myself! Ordered a few weeks ago, and it came in yesterday. Haven't been able to drive it much yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing what I can get out of it. I wish the sun had been out, but it looks great in grey, rainy weather too (which is good, since that's what the weather is like 9 months out of the year). I hadn't seen the color in person when I ordered it, and I'm in love with it.
Congrats! Beautiful car! That is what we have too. I loved that color when we looked online, so it wasn't even a question when we went to the lot and they had it available.
Still waiting for mine - exact car you have...say - maybe that IS my car? All kidding aside - thanks for posting the pictures. Looks great in that light. So far I've mostly seen it in full on sunshine. I like how it seems to change a shade or two under different lighting. Must look awesome under streetlights at night. So jealous!!
ewaboy, Your car might be here when I went to deliver produce on Sunday night in town, the NYK Line vessel Artemis Leader was in port off loading vehicles. I wonder if yours was aboard and is at Sand Island getting prepped? Posted from my iPhone via the Tapatalk app.

Oh, it looks BEAUtiful. I've been debating on the usefulness of Moonglow and being able to like it for years, but summer rain is just gorgeous. Question to all, though - is summer rain less available than other colors? I feel like I read somewhere that they're coming in April shipments. Did I make that up? Zero are available in Kentucky.
Aaaaahhhh!!!!! Where is my car!!!???!? I'm going to go to bed and bury my head in the covers.... Hope the shipment is the early April shipment and not the late March shipment. dustoff003 knows how much regular gas has gone up in the past week or two here in the land of Aloha - last I gassed up it was $4.43+/gallon!! (Edited to add: that's the price on Oahu - you don't wanna know how much it is on the outer islands).
haven't gassed up in about a week now, but even last week, it was already $4.75 for regular at my local station. I saw on the news this week where it was $5.05 on the other end of Kauai in Princeville. Needless to say, the Tacoma stays parked a lot and the c and the Fit are used as the run around cars. I'll be filling up the c for the first time since filling up the tank, so I'll be able to report back accurate mpg, plus calibrate the scangauge which was installed over the weekend. purchasing the c was the right thing to do at the right time. I'm very happy with the car... and we got it in the best color, too.
Saw a summer rain metallic C on the road for the first time today, and I must say that the color pops out and looks better in person than it does in the pics.
Someone stopped me to ask about the car for the first time today He knew all about it, and was pretty excited to see one. I haven't seen any others locally, neither in the wild, or in dealership inventories. Mine was reserved while it was on a boat, on its way to a dealership in Portland (I'm about two hours south of there). I had no idea it might be hard to find at the time, so I'm glad we found one!
