As anyone installed these dash trim kits in their Prius v Dash Kit What did you think of the quality? Did you install your self or paid someone? Do they look factory or stuck on? I just traded my 2009 Venza AWD that had a beautiful wood trim all around not sure what type, cherry, rose wood. Was thinking about adding these but I would not like them to look tacky tia harry
I like it too and want to do it to mine but A) I can not decide on what color wood (I have bisque interior level 5) and B) I worried it will look like stuck on stickers
If you choose one of the colors that is returnable you can hold or tape them up to see how they would look. My problem is I want a non-returnable color. Good Luck.
I used to have similar ones in my 4Runner which I just traded in for the Prius V. It looks nice but even though it says "real" wood trim color but I believe they are plastic with printed color of either real wood or just designer wood look. Do not clean it with the alcohol wipe or even the wet nap because the paint will come off! Double check with them for proper cleaning instructions. The same for the carbon one which I also had. It is NOT carbon fiber weave material but the printing process that make them look like one. Please check with them to confirm my observation. I am not trying to shut them down but to inform you from my experience. The look is incredible anyway.
