There is movement. Check out Truecar.com on the v5 before you go. We paid $250 over invoice but got a lot of accessories thrown in. They seem cheaper in FL and CA more so than the Midwest. Build your car on Toyota.com and price it on Truecar. That will give you a good idea what to expect. W
You should also check out Official Kelley Blue Book Values You Can Trust From kbb.com - Kelley Blue Book for invoice pricing. Unless I'm missing something it seems like truecar removed the invoice pricing from their comparison. FYI, three weeks ago I paid 29,400 for a Prius v 5 with no options in San Diego.
