Attached are the substantive sections of the 2007 Owner's Manual in 23 pdf files -- the Preface and Sections 1 through 10 (including subsections). The attachments do not include the Table of Contents or the Index, as ToyotaOwnersOnline.com does not carry them. EDIT: I've added and attached the Table of Contents as a Word file below. (I don't have Adobe Acrobat. But it would be great if a kind person with Adobe Acrobat were to stitch these 23 pdf files in order into 1 pdf file, and post that 1 complete file on this thread.) * * * * * * * * EDIT: Thanks to dogfriend, we now have 1 pdf file containing all the substantive sections of the 2007 Owner's Manual. This makes it a lot easier to use because you can do word searches of the entire manual. Here it is: 2007 Prius Owners Manual.pdf And here's the Table of Contents on a Word file: Table of Contents 2007 Prius Owners Manual.doc But if you want the individual section and subsection files, see the attached separate files below:
If you have a Mac with OS 10.5 (Leopard) you can edit PDF files by dragging the pages from a different PDF file. So I renamed the first PDF and dragged all of the others into the first file.
I just bought a 2007 Prius today, and it didn't come with an Owner's Manual. Thank you so so so so so much for posting this!!!
Congrats HRB. Enjoy your 2007. Stick around PriusChat. If you use the Search function judiciously, I think that you will find that every question you may have about your 2007 or Gen II Prius has already been answered. * * * * * * * * I'm surprised you didn't get the Owner's Manual. Maybe it's in the car somewhere. The most likely hidden suspects: (a) In the bottom glove box there's a slot in the back that's designed to hold the Owner's Manual, (b) In the front of the center console there's a hidden drawer that pulls out, and (c) In the hatch under the floor. Also, if you need the maintenance schedule, you can register for Toyota Owners Online. If you do, you'll have access to your maintenance schedule (and Owner's Manual), and also receive dealer service discounts and notices from Toyota. You can also get your maintenance schedule off of edmunds.com, among other places.
Hi Boo, I am new to this forum and I just purchased a 2007 Prius in Hungary (central Europe) that was manufactured for French market. Unfortunately, all the manuals are in French only, and being an American expat living in Hungary, I don't really speak French. I thought Toyota would have been smarter to include manuals in several languages being that its the EU- after all, my Prius speaks like, 10 languages, at least it could have a manual to do the same, but whatever. Your PDFs are extremely helpful. I can't thank you enough!!!! That being said, any chance you have PDFs of how to work the Navi system, or do you know where I can find them online without having to pay for them? This forum is great and very informative- thank you to all who contribute. Best Regards, LifeintheRed
Hi LifeintheRed, I hope you downloaded the below docs (and not the individual section/subsection pdfs): Table of Contents 2007 Prius Owners Manual.doc 2007 Prius Owners Manual.pdf * * * * * * * In any event, I have the Gen I (I think it's from a 2003 Prius) Navigation Manual and the Gen III 2010 Navigation Manual on pdf, but I haven't found any Gen II Navigation Manual pdf. If you want I can send you these Gen I and Gen III Navigation Manuals or links to them. * * * * * * * Also, if you haven't seen it yet, here's Toyota's video tutorial (click on all the tabs) for the Gen II Prius Navigation system: Toyota Navigation System And here's a list someone did of the voice commands for the Gen II Navigation system: 05_VOICE_Commands.pdf * * * * * * * Good luck.
Hi Tom, Awesome- thanks! I did download the entire compiled PDF for Owner's Manual. The other links you posted are helpful too- thank you! I can't image the Navi from Gen I or Gen III being that much different from Gen II. Can you? If you have a copy of either, I'd love to take a look. Thanks again Tom! Best Regards, Dan
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but this one ranks high in Google and I've updated the PDF. The page numbers match those in the PDF and cropped the pages similar to how the manual is printed. This way you can zoom the page to full screen and not have unnecessary white borders and have larger text. It appears this manual is a revised edition; it has more pages than the printed one I just got with my '07. Changes start on page 278; some sections were shuffled around to different chapters.
wow, great timing CookieGuru, it's almost like you knew I was buying a Prius last week, and thought you'd update the PDF for me. thanks a lot - and thanks to Boo and dogfriend for the initial posting - just joined PriusChat, great to see such useful info...
This link http://priuschat.com/attachments/2007-prius-owners-manual-pdf.35586/ provided by CookieGuru still works fine for me.
