I did my 20k service and wanted to check the owner's site but it appears they have a new beta website. Anyway, when I logged in to the site, I did not see any history. In fact, the site does not even recognize my vehicle and asks me to enter model, VIN etc. Any idea what is going on?
It's been that way for a while. A few weeks ago, when I tried to enter my VIN, it said it was not a valid VIN. I just tried the site again and it did accept my VIN, but there are no service records.
My Prius is showing up, but none of my records. Instead, an error message appears: Sorry, but the data feed appears to be currently offline. Please try again soon. Gotta love the cloud!
