Does anyone have a problem with AM reception? I have to really turn up the radio in order to hear local AM stations. The stations are local and I don't have a problem with my other cars. If I switch over to FM after listening to AM, the radio is blasting. It really annoying to have to adjust the volume when switching bands.
If AM also sounds scratchy you may have a bad connection to the AM antenna. You should have the dealer check it out.
