Hey Guys, I got the Tanabe Medallion Exhaust and Installed it, Here are some pictures of Installation and Weight of the System. I will post up pictures of the stock exhaust and also sound clips of the exhaust in the near future. The installation was done by Mike from Mike's Mufflers located in El Monte, CA. Definitely need sound clips. My exhaust was heavily modded on the 2nd gen, kinda just wanna do bolt on with the 2011.
Straight bolt-on, no cutting or welding at all. I took it to Mike so I can use his shop to get under my car, but he insisted on helping me do it, cause I wanted to take pictures. He's done custom exhausts for my 370z and 300zx. So I come to him for any work from the headers to the tip of the exhaust.
Soon, My phone mic picks up too much sound so it doesnt sound like it would in person. I'm going to borrow a friend's video camera and do a shoot. Thanks for your interest, I'll keep you updated. =)
Its been a year and I still wasnt use to how quiet the prius was.. and adding this didnt make it much louder, it gives it a deep tone when the ICE runs. Esp in PWR Mode. It doesn't fart or growl =)
Oh... you have 370Z with aftermarket exhaust too! No wonder why! I also have 3" turbo back exhaust with high flowing cat. on my Subaru.
