Can someone confirm what the current software revision is for the Prius v display radio (non ATP)? I can't find that info anywhere and am leaving for the dealership shortly. I like to have facts so I can pursue the issue if present. Thanks! W
Thanks! It took some convincing but the dealer finally found their update drive. Is there a change log giving some idea what this fixed? W
Why the hello is the update a dealer thing? It has internet over my phone... Download the update that way. Or let us.update it ourselves. Booking a dealer service appointment is going to be a painfully slow and inefficient way of fixing something that every other device I've bought in the past 3 years would do over the air. Anyone want to persuade their dealer to lend them the usb stick and then upload the file? PG86100 ?
I have no idea. It is ridiculous and inefficient but that was the process for now. It took 10 minutes of debate (not quite arguing) to explain to them that the rest of the world has done this so why are they waiting until Spring. After I sat down to call another dealer the flash drive materialized. It was supposedly on someone's desk for the last month but wasn't opened. I'm also the first to ask for it...my question is why should I have to ask?! I'm sure someone will upload it eventually. W
Syscon, I had 1.74 that was upgraded to 1.84. I don't know if this is country specific but am in the US. I'm still trying to figure out what this upgrade did/fixed. This is the 6.1 non ATP radio. W
I'll contact my dealer as ask about it. Do you have a Tire Pressure Application on your system that show Tire pressure on each wheel? I've seen it in the manual but I think this is only applicable to Technology model (top end).
I do but have yet to see it. I've had the car a few days and am still on a steep learning curve. I have a v5 without the advanced tech package. It seems the Canadian v has some different option levels I wish we had here. W
I have only seen the TPM on the manual too. The manual is for display audio system and not for premuin audio. I've assumed that it appears only when you have a low pressure tire.
