Just purchased our first Prius and have a lot of questions that I am hoping to get some advice on. First the car did not have a Front License Plate Bracket and my wife wants her Hawaiian Design plate on! Checked with dealer and it was $70.00! Does anyone have one they would be willing to sell? Also checked on getting the bluetooth installed and again dealer gave a price of $330.00. Is it possible to install yourself? Any other advice would be greatly appricated. Thanks.
Open the rear storage area (above the spare tire). That's where my front license plate frame was located (in plastic wrap). They're not needed in North Carolina. Perhaps yours is back there too. On Bluetooth, I'm assuming you want Bluetooth audio for use with an iPod. I bought a Belkin Bluetooth adapter that I leave in the console box (where the cigarette jack and AUX jack are), and it plugs into both and gives me Bluetooth audio (it could handle the phone as well, but there's no need for that when the car has it built-in.
