So I recently bought a used 2008 gen II. Now I find that the neighbour's 13yo son has been sending off for Toyota catalogues to learn more about Hybrid cars... Apparently it only takes a couple of minor trips in a Prius to make a convert of teenager... He's mounting a campaign for his dad's next car. I think it's the energy display. My own son can't shut up about it.
yeah my friends enjoy trips in a prius, but the real joy comes at the gas pump, I add gas as often as most other people, I just add much, much less. insurance is great as well
I find people are often in awe at the 'cockpit'. It still seems futuristic, if you are used to run of the mill urban vehicles.
