A few days ago on my drive into work, I saw a Gen II in the lot and had to park next to it. I came out to go to lunch, and another Gen II had parked on the other side of me! In all, there were 4 of us together - me being the slick black Gen III of course. Had to take a photo and share. Anyone else had this experience? Anywhere I go, if there's a random spot next to a Prius, I always take it.
Just moments after purchasing the brown Prius, we stopped at a store to pick up some stuff before beginning our voyage from there in Iowa back to Minnesota. I spotted the blue Prius and motioned to park by it for the photo op. Before we could finishing setting up, the owner caught us! Fortunately, he knew who I was and welcomed the opportunity. That's a good memory... from now what seems ages ago (8 years back). Thanks for sharing. .
Yep, my Gen III is a Gen II magnet and I'm parked next to 3 or 4 Prius every day at work. When I first got it, the Gen IIs started parking next to me away from their usual spots.
Very cool. When I first got my 2004 these things were rare, so occasionally I would be able to park next to another genII.
I make it a habit to park next to other Priuses when I can, I will drive half way across a car park to do so. Posted from my iPhone via the Tapatalk app.
I tend to do this as well. Every time I go to Trader Joe's the parking lot is full of Prii so I generally have my pick of spaces to take!
