3 dealers in my area quoted me $24,600 for a 2012 Prius 3 with Navigation, floor/trunk mats, trunk net, first aid kit and rear bumper applique. MSRP on the vehicle is $26,665, so around 2k under msrp. Unsure what invoice on this vehicle is. Car only has 2 miles on the ODO, so I'm ready to commit by this weekend if pricing is right.
Considering it's early 2012 & 2011's are still available, I would say that's a good price especially if you're able to pick the color u want. U could always get a better price but usually it comes at a cost of waiting & lesser options. Just pull the trigger & u won't regret it.

That's what I paid. Dave
Yes, it's for a 2012. I saw the vehicle and saw the ODO with 2 miles on it this morning. I just received another quote fromt he same dealer for $27,950 OTD for 2012 Prius 3 with Nav/Solar. OTD for the 2012 Prius 3 with Nav would be $26,995. Is the Solar sunroof worth another $1,000??
Retail for the solar package is over $3800, it wasn't available on my Prius 5. I would pay $1000 for that package. Dave
I bought a 2012 Prius 3 in Blizzard Pearl with solar sunroof at Capitol Toyota in Salem, Oregon last weekend through Costco as well. Price was $400 over invoice at $27,160.
talk to david martinez at DCH Torrance Toyota. He will probably beat it. I just got my 2012 Prius from him and the transaction would not have been smoother. Talked the pricing via email and phone, agreed on the price, submitted the application online, got approval. went in and signed the papers and got out. I was in the dealership for literally 30 min. tell him Eugene sent you. the finance guy was a great dude as well (nate). he was not pushy at all on dealer warranties and etc. best experience ever
i just got a bare-bone package 2 (just with the little prius applique on the bumper). MSRP was $25,2xx and paid $23,000 even plus tax and license.
Looks like the invoice on the car is about $24700 (after hold-back). but that includes the regional ad fee of about $438, which I think is always negotiable. so the rock botto is about $24300 or so on the package you are looking at.
