I have oem 15's, putting on drag 17's with mxmv primacy michelins. My question is, If i put sensors in the new wheels and leave the sensors in the old ones for winter tires, do I have to have the ecm reprogrammed each time I do the wheel switch in the winter? any help would be great!
Yes, the Prius TPMS only remembers 4 sensor IDs. When you change wheels you have to have the IDs reprogrammed for the new wheels. There is a tool you can get to do it youself which will pay for itself after a few switches at the dealer, depending on how much they charge to do it for you. ATEQ TPMS Quickset Tool
