Cheap looking Park button sticker!!

    Has anyone else noticed how ugly the sticker is on our Park button? Our Power button is nicely integrated and then they stick a sticker that is already rubbing off on my Park button. Does anyone have any comments or input on this?? :angry:

    :p You could make a little red one on your computer with the word "eject" on it....

    Just pull off the sticker...there's a nice "P" engraved on the button underneath. My sticker survived over 2 years mostly b/c I rarely touch the Park button (instead just hitting the power button when I park/shut-down), finally decided to pull it off a few weeks ago just for the heck of it.

    Does this engraving look like the Power button? I think I might actually use the Eject idea though, that's pretty funny. Most new passengers probably don't know anything about Prii and would begin to worry if it was real or not. :)

    I did it on my Insight's FCD Button on the far left side of the dash....I just used the computer and printed it on red self adhesive tape with white letters.

    it gets quite a few laughs...

    Awesome! I just went out to the car and peeled off the stupid clear tape thing and it looks MUCH better. But I still want to put the Eject sticker on it. Does anyone know how to take the button off? I'll post pictures once I'm done.

    I'm sitting here thinking, "What the Hell? My Park button looks just as good as the Power button. Rubbed off? Huh? What's wrong with this guy?" :)

    Like Tideland, the dealer must have removed my sticker before I took delivery.

    Tigerops, I'm glad you finally went out and removed that ugly sticker. And I'm sorry that you lived with it for so long. All's well that ends well.

    You guys probably don't have the sticker on there, but some folks never even realized there was one until it started wearing and looking ugly b/c it looks pretty good initially. You might run your finger over that "P" just to be sure it isn't actually a sticker.

    I don't think I have one. I use the Park button pretty often. It even has some 'scratches' from the fingernails :(.

    I'm sad they removed the "Please Press P before shutting down" or similar. I can't remember the exact words, but they left the yellow CD Changer warning sticker..ugh.

    Here it is! My EJECT button! Forget the P and the stupid sticker that was over it. This is just funny. I should have put a small white seat being ejected upwards right next to the word.

    there was a sticker above my park button when I first got the car i just pulled it off......like all the other temp stickers that were on the car.
