I have a BP Prius too & I had been looking at the same trim pieces. I like it both ways from the picture. It looks really clean without them but it had a little something different with them. I think it's just a matter of getting used to them. I say install them & be unique since they are not very common. :)

SoCal...nah, you would not be copying. I never asked for them...just got lucky they were on the VIN I selected. I am starting to get nervous they will disappear in a parking lot one day...lol.

32k...you nearly have me convinced. Every day after work when I go to my car, those tail lights are staring at me.

Now.....don't forget the chrome door edge guards, and the trim over the wheel lips, the spotlights on the windshield posts along
with the racoon tail tied to the antenna to complete the look !

Oooops......don't forget the continental kit and vinyl roof !!!

Sorry........but the car looks best without all the ticky TACKY !

Going to have to disagree with you and you are in the modifications forum. What did you expect to find? Seat covers?

SoCal...with those new photos...I am digging it on your car. Looks good man. The wheels with the same color make it work. I just realized you have the upgraded mirrors...they look sweet.

Thanx Nine:). Yeah, the mirrors were the 2nd mod I did(after the tint) as I really liked the 3 in 1 LED lighting feature. Plus, always nice to accessorize to make it look different from other prius's;).

Looks good. Now do this so your black license plate bracket doesn't stick out like a sore thumb against BP.

Thanks 32k. I thought I had enough black on my car for the bracket not to be too noticeable;). Actually, w/ the white ca. license plate on there, it is not quite as bad but nontheless, thank you for the nice mod idea as I've been known to change my mind:D.

    Should you? Personal decision.

But IMO, if you look past the $$$, they are a great addition. I had serious second thoughts re installing these - and the molded wood dash on mine.
But after living with the mods for 6+ months, can't imagine not having them - well worth and excellent quality...

Seems to visually break the high sideview of the Prius, esp rear door.

Looks great! Thinking of installing the same trim. I like the wheels also, what style (brand)? and size?

Yes, I'm liking mine more w/each passing day also. I especially like the fact that they show a subtle different color & texture depending on the lighting & angle at which u look at.
