I'm a newbie and this is my first post. We're taking delivery of our v tomorrow night. Has anyone out there purchased a set of body side mouldings (aftermarket) for your vehicle, and if so, are you happy with it? Also, I read somewhere in the forum that an extended warranty can be purchased through this forum or the PC Shop. Is that true and who do I contact. Thanks in advance.
I have a blue ribbon metallic 'v' and I bought the body side molding strips through the 'juicedhybrid' store and am very happy with them. I had them professionally installed for $52 from a local body shop. They look they were an oem installation.
MarathonMarty, Thanks for info. I have the same color and looking into side moldings. I need to "childproof" my car ) Are those similar to what dealer would install?
I got my side moldings from ebay ($114 bucks) and installed them myself in less than an hour..comes with good directions...all you do is measure, tape and attach..very easy.
