I am hoping someone with non-HID style headlights can provide a pic or simply explain how the high beam wire enters the headlight housing. On the HID headlight housing there is a plug near the bottom of the housing. For the non-HID TYC housings I have there are no plugs or even holes where the plugs normally go. So my question is, where does the high beam trigger wire go? My TYC housings didn't come with a cover for the bulb area either so if anyone has a pic of what the cover is supposed to look like that would also be helpful. I want to ensure the person buying these lights has everything they need for a plug and play setup.
kind of new to the whole headlight lingo, but this is the back of the plug for the 3 prong bulb. if this isnt it sorry. If it is and you need a better angle ill be able to go out tomorrow and snap a better shot for ya, the plug has alot of slack so i can get up close. and this is driver side plug. Im replacing these bulbs tomorrow so just let me know what you need. will be posting my mod pics soon.
just installed my new bulbs. Grabbed a few more pics, still dont know if these are the bulbs you were referring too. But i thought i would post a few more just in case. (this is passenger side) lol sorry if I was late posting or if I posting the wrong info.
It does. Thanks man. I'm still recovering from the surgery. I can hardly walk around the house without having trouble breathing but I'll finish your second headlight now that I know where to fish the high beam wire. Thanks again to both of you.
